I’m Michelle, the founder of Quantum People Ops. Over the years, I’ve seen how human resources can turn into a maze—rigid policies that protect the business but leave people overlooked. That never sat right with me.

I built Quantum to change that story. My focus is human resources done differently: people-focused, grounded in clear systems, strengthened by solid protections, and designed with policies that truly support the people they’re meant to serve.
